GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

HOUSE RULES – VILLAGGIO LA SIESTA

Arrival and Reception
The Reception/Management Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Ms. Cinza will be available for check-in, check-out and for any guests’ needs.
Accommodation units are available for arriving guests after 2:00 p.m. Guests may, however, arrive in the morning and use all village services (beach, swimming pool, bar, etc.).
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at the village, before the accommodation is assigned.
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or debit card. In case of payment by bank transfer, the due amount must already have been credited to the village’s bank account before arrival. Bank checks, postal checks and money orders are not accepted.
Wearing the identification wristband is mandatory and allows guests to access all village services. Wristbands may be in three different colors depending on the service booked: full board, half board or residence.
Minors are not allowed unless accompanied by or authorized by their parents.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for theft, loss or damage.
Late arrival and/or early departure do not entitle guests to any refund.
After 24 hours’ delay from the scheduled arrival time, if no communication is received, Management will be entitled to cancel the reservation and reassign the accommodation unit.
Guests must show an identity document; for minors, an identity document or health card is required.
Strict quiet hours must be observed from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and after 12:00 a.m. (midnight).

Departure

On the day of departure, accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Guests are kindly requested, out of respect for the service staff, to leave the accommodations as clean as possible, especially bathrooms and kitchens.

Visitors

Visits from relatives or friends are NOT WELCOME and must in any case be pre-authorized by Management.
Visitors must leave an identity document at reception, to be collected upon exit, and may not stay longer than one hour from entry.

Accommodation

Accommodation units will be available after 2:00 p.m.
Any overnight stay or entry into the accommodation units by persons not authorized by Management will result in the immediate removal of the hosted family, with no refund of any amounts paid.
According to current regulations (Law 626 “Prevention services, accidents and workplace safety”), Management’s responsibility for the supply of electricity is limited to the network connection point. Guests are strictly forbidden to carry out any modifications or interventions on the electrical system.
Any violation entails civil and criminal liability for the guest.
Advertising images are for illustrative purposes only; apartments may undergo slight changes.

Club Cards

The club card, mandatory from the age of 3, entitles guests to the following activities and services:
one parking space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with Sky, energy consumption, use of the swimming pool, table tennis, children’s play area, entertainment and baby club.

Beach

The village has an affiliated beach facility.
Villaggio La Siesta, like most properties in the area, is located about 50 meters above sea level; therefore, the beach is reached via a short downhill path.
Cala Capogrosso is about 200 meters from the village entrance and can only be reached on foot via a paved road that starts right in front of the main entrance. In about five minutes’ walk you reach the beach, where the lifeguard will assign the beach umbrella arranged by Management.
For each accommodation unit, the following are included in the price:
  • 1 beach umbrella
  • 2 sun loungers
with a position assigned by Management and guaranteed for at least one week.
A shuttle service is available only for the return trip from the beach, departing about 50 meters from the beach (area “La Barca”, village entrance).
The shuttle operates every day at the following times:
  • 12:00 – 13:00
  • 18:15 – 19:30
The first three rows of umbrellas can be reserved with an additional charge.
From the 4th row onwards, beach service is included in the Club Card.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool, completely renovated in 2024, is centrally located and divided into:
  • children’s area with shallow water
  • adults’ area for swimming and relaxation
Approximate depth: 40 cm to 150 cm.
Opening hours (lifeguard on duty):
  • 09:00 – 13:00
  • 16:00 – 20:00
Running, diving, ball games or any dangerous behavior is prohibited.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the pool area.
During closing hours, sun loungers and deck chairs may be used.
Leaving personal items unattended on sun loungers is prohibited: they will be removed by staff.
A large solarium area with free sun loungers is available.
In the afternoon and evening, the pool area hosts entertainment activities.
For hygiene and health reasons, dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

Restaurant and Pizzeria

The village restaurant is open at:
  • Lunch: 13:00 – 14:15
  • Dinner: 20:00 – 21:15
The pizzeria is open:
  • every day from 20:00 to 22:30
All village guests may access the restaurant and pizzeria upon table reservation.
Full board or half board can be requested at the time of booking.
Full board includes:
  • buffet breakfast
  • lunch served at the table
  • dinner served at the table
  • water and wine included with meals

Parking and Internal Traffic

Parking areas are located inside the village. They are numbered but not assigned.
To allow parking for all cars, guests must use the marked parking spaces.
Parking near the accommodation units and in common areas is prohibited.
Only one vehicle per accommodation unit is allowed.
Any second vehicle must be authorized in advance by Management and is subject to an extra charge:
  • €15.00 per day in low season
  • €25.00 per day in mid and high season
Management is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Vehicle circulation inside the village is allowed exclusively upon arrival and departure, and for loading/unloading luggage.
Maximum speed limit: 10 km/h.
For safety reasons, the circulation inside the village of mopeds, scooters, bicycles and any other two-wheeled vehicle, whether electric or motorized, is prohibited.

Safekeeping of Valuables

The accommodation units are not equipped with safes.
Management offers a free valuables safekeeping service at reception.

Minors

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising and looking after minors throughout the entire stay, including during organized activities within the village.
The property is not liable for damage caused by unsupervised behavior of minors, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Pets

The admission of dogs and other pets is at Management’s discretion and subject to an extra charge.
If admitted, pets must:
  • always be kept on a leash
  • not disturb other guests
  • comply with hygiene rules
Dogs are forbidden in the pool area at all times, both during the day and during evening entertainment activities.
For physiological needs, dogs must be taken outside the village; waste must be collected and disposed of in the appropriate bins.
Access of pets to the beach is subject to municipal regulations and may include restrictions.

Waste

Separate waste collection is in place within the village.
Special containers are available in different areas of the facility for proper waste disposal.

Video Surveillance

The village is equipped with a video surveillance system to protect the safety of people and property.
Personal data are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Images are accessible only to the data controller and authorized staff, and may be provided to competent authorities upon official request.

Bookings and Cancellations

Cancellation and booking withdrawal are governed by the conditions below.
Villaggio La Siesta, subject to availability, is committed to protecting the customer by trying not to cause the loss of the deposit.
  • In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded or, upon the customer’s request, may be used as credit for a future stay.
  • In case of cancellation within the 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but may be used as credit for a future stay.

Non-Compliance

In the event of suspension of services (electricity, water, etc.) due to causes attributable to external providers or events of force majeure, Management cannot be held liable, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Failure to comply with these rules or behavior that compromises safety, peace or the proper functioning of village life may result in removal of the guest, without prejudice to the property’s right to claim compensation for any damages.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the stay or interpretation of these rules, if the customer acts as a consumer, the competent court is the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code.
In all other cases, territorial jurisdiction lies with the Court of Bolzano.

Acceptance of the Rules

Staying within the village implies acceptance of these house rules.
Management reserves the right to make changes to the rules whenever necessary to improve organization and the proper functioning of the facility.

Privacy

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), guests’ personal data are processed as indicated in the privacy notice available at reception.
Any consent to receive informational and promotional communications is optional, separate, and may be withdrawn at any time.
